Goval Professional Network
Lead Terms
These Lead Terms explain how professionals and businesses participating in the Goval Professional Network receive and accept customer opportunities provided by Goval General Services.
1. Exclusive Leads
Goval provides leads to one professional at a time. Once a lead is accepted and delivered to a professional, Goval will not sell or distribute that same lead to another professional.
2. Lead Fee & Acceptance
The lead fee will be disclosed to the professional before the lead is accepted. By accepting a lead, the professional agrees to pay the stated lead fee according to the payment terms provided by Goval.
3. No Guarantee of Sale
Goval provides qualified customer opportunities but does not guarantee that a lead will result in a booked job, signed contract, or completed sale. The professional is responsible for contacting the customer, providing estimates, and closing the opportunity.
4. Invalid Leads & Lead Credits
A professional may request a review if a lead contains invalid contact information, the customer did not request the stated service, or the lead contains materially incorrect information. If Goval confirms that the lead is invalid, Goval may issue a replacement lead or lead credit.
A lead is not considered invalid solely because the customer does not answer, chooses another provider, rejects an estimate, or decides not to proceed with the service.
5. Professional Responsibility
Professionals in the Goval Professional Network operate independently and are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, contracts, workmanship, warranties, permits, licenses, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Participation in the Goval Professional Network does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture between the professional and Goval General Services.
6. Customer Information & Privacy
Customer information provided through the Goval Professional Network may only be used for the purpose of responding to the specific service request associated with that lead.
Professionals may not sell, share, transfer, or distribute customer information received from Goval to unauthorized third parties.
7. Professional Conduct & Quality
Professionals are expected to communicate respectfully, respond to customer opportunities in a timely manner, and provide services in a professional and responsible manner.
Goval reserves the right to review, suspend, or remove a professional from the Goval Professional Network following serious customer complaints, repeated service issues, misconduct, or violations of these Lead Terms.
8. Payment Terms
Lead fees are due according to the terms presented when the professional accepts the lead. Each lead will be identified by a Goval Lead ID for payment and recordkeeping purposes.
Failure to pay applicable lead fees may result in suspension of access to future Goval leads until the account is brought current.
